Executive team

Caroline Nguyen


Caroline is a mom, a technologist, and the chief visionary. She is a business development magnet, managing 30+ portfolio organizations for SVCWireless. She earned an MBA, and an MS in chemical engineering when STEM was nearly non-existent for women. Caroline tinkered with Hubble Telescope batteries among 5 specialists. She is one of the 38 STEM role models in the "She Does Math" book, one of the first initiatives to promote girls and women in STEM.

Leslie Spaeth


Leslie is a mom, a CPA for 10+ years, doing accounting for public & private companies, as well as parent clubs. As an assistant controller she built the accounting/finance department of PayPal when it was a small startup.

Marlene Zobayan

Tax & benefit

Marlene is a mom and a partner at Rutlen Associates, with 20+ years experience in international tax and benefits, including global equity plans, mobile employee taxation, and global compensation. Before that she implemented global equity programs, compensation and benefit programs at PwC and Deloitte in a director role.

Peter Thoeny


Peter is a dad, with 15+ years experience in enterprise collaboration. He wears multiple hats in IT. Peter is passionate about open source, social media, and photography. He founded the TWiki enterprise collaboration platform that enables Fortune 100 and 500 companies to be more transparent and accountable.

Juliet Draper


Juliet is a mom with 15+ years experience in relational database design, building complex financial, payroll and billing systems for various startups. She is hands-on with PL/SQL coding, database administration, SQL tuning and disaster recovery.



Al has 20+ years experience in corporate and startup recruiting, served as a director of HR for Applied Materials, Lam Research, Intel Corporation, Intuit. She now consults companies in all facets of the business development.

Laura Patel

Marketing & Social Media

Laura is a woman in STEM, enthusiastic about all aspects of social media. She is a Georgia Tech graduate, and is passionate about improving processes, and working towards sustainable solutions to the world medical and energy needs.
